Terms and rates are subject to change without notice

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. In stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment.

When an item is not in stock, we ship it as soon as it is available

We ship using USPS Priority Mail if Express is needed please contact us Package will take 5-7 days to arrive at you doorstep

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your USPS shipping confirmation number, so you can track your package. To track your shipment, click on the USPS logo below and enter your tracking number in the appropriate field

If your shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, refused upon delivery, returned or unclaimed; there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card.

We only ship to billing addresses on file with the credit card company. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

While we always attempt to maintain a substantial in-stock quantity, it is possible that we may have less in-stock quantity for a particular item than you want to order. If you have ordered multiple items and some of them are immediately available from our inventory, we will ship those to you immediately and send you the back ordered item when it arrives, at no additional shipping charges to you. Out of stock items are shipped within approx. 7-10 business days. If you purchased next day delivery for your out of stock item, no worries it will be shipped next day when they become available.
 

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 5 days of the postage delivery date for a refund. The following exclusions and limitations apply:

The returned items must be new, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and in brand new condition.  Hair that shows any signs of wear will not be accepted under any circumstance.  If you wish to send back the merchandise for an exchange, refund or store credit, simply return the item to the address shown on the invoice. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please send a copy of the invoice when returning an item. A copy of the invoice can be obtained from your PayPal account. If you don't have your invoice, please include your name, complete shipping address, email address and a description of the item you are returning.

Once we inspect the return, we will issue an exchange, refund or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items.

INCORRECT ITEM

Please note: Federal law prohibits the return of used hair therefore, DO NOT remove tags or netting, wet the hair, comb/brush, pick the hair, use any products on the hair, open the packaging, allow fragrances or smoke to penetrate the hair, or tamper with the product in any other way. Any returned items with signs of usage or not in resalable condition will be returned directly to the customer


If you received an incorrect item and it is unused and still in it's original condition (unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, un brushed, unwashed, no smoke or perfume smells, with tags on) you must e-mail us to make an exchange request within 2 days from the date you receive your order. Authorization in needed for any returns


If the merchandise does not meet the criteria and is unsuitable for restock, it will be held for 5 days pending the customers payment of shipping charges to return the item. If the customer does not pay to reship the item will be discarded. No credit will be issued.


An incorrect item is not getting what is on the order. This does not apply to customer ordering errors or wanting something different after an order is placed.


Incorrect items are subject to inspection and require approval before replaced. If approved the correct item will be shipped in exchange.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automatic processing system.
